After purchasing a new trailer from Sierra, we got it home and we're getting ready to use it for the weekend. It was 5 o'clock on a Friday night and the lift wouldn't raise. I called the dealership, they then called a technician (Paul) who came out that night and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
