We met the Sierra RV people and visited with them and researched EVERYTHING they shared with us. When we decided to buy a coach after intensive research and visits to other dealerships they were our FIRST choice; their truth, customer service and over all desire to provide the BEST service; before during and after have made this entire process during this pandemic the very best! Only professional, caring, dedicated team members could do what they do and make it look and feel effortless! HUGE thanks to their receptionist, their service Department in getting our YUKON ready and hooked up for towing; our sales contact - Brady - for the attention to every detail and endless inquires during the buying process and for showing up early to meet us when we picked it up; to the older gentleman that helped with our walk through - and again - endless inquires; the honesty and ease of the finance department and extra Warranty to make ownership worry free; the free over night accommodations and prompt attention figuring out the bed mechanics; the i-Phone app; extra winterization from the service department; the after hour call upon arriving home for help with the furnace features. We are VERY satisfied with EVERYTHING that this dealership did to make our dream come true!
And to that end; It's important to note we are hard to please because we did our homework and knew what we expected; this dealership worked hard to full fill all our expectations and was our FIRST and the BEST choice and it should be yours too. THANKS again SIERRA RV! - Bill

Greg in service saved the day for us!!! When we arrived in a new campground this afternoon our landing gear and large slide would not extend. Greg walked me though what to check and how to fix the problem. Without his help we would have had to find lodging for the night.
This was not the first time we called Sierra for service advise when we were on the road. Every time we called, we received prompt expert help that not only salvaged our trip, but also saved us money. - Michael

Husband & I had seen some 5th wheels online we were interested in looking at. Took a drive to Sierra Rv (Marriott Slaterville, UT) and everyone was so kind. The front desk set us up w Jim Mahas. We told Jim our plans and the idea if what we wanted in a 5th wheel; we told him the ones we liked and Jim took our family all for a spin to the right 5th wheels. Even the kids were having fun and kept jumping up and down in excitement. Our little girls nickname is now jumping bean ... Thanks Jim for the wonderful customer service. We came in for our walk through and Dale Wanner helped us. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about our trailer. He was patient with all of our questions and had the air conditioner on to keep our 3 month old grand daughter cool. - Janiel
We went in looking to buy a trailer and was helped by Jim. He showed us several options of what we were looking for. We found one that we really liked and Jim was very helpful in getting us the best deal with lots of extras. We haven't had to use the service department but hopefully our service will be as great as our purchase! - Janiel
This was first time there. We walked in and ask for salesperson Bob Nott. He showed us a couple motorhome and we fell in love with one.
We're very happy with our purchase.
The day we picked up our motorhome they had arranged for a gentleman by the name of Dale Wanner, he showed us how to work all the bells and whistles of our purchase.

I was picking up my trailer today after getting some work done on it. Rex was in the parking lot and I stopped him to ask some questions. He did a great job being patient with me and walked me through to answer the questions. Smart man, advised and watched and let me learn by doing it myself. Thank you, Rex for your help. - JoAnn
On 3-14-18, I purchased my first camping trailer. Sierra RV was my first stop and my only stop. Their customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Their sales staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Sierra RV to anyone in the market for new/use trailers. - Anonymous
Kody Greer is awesome. Tried to get parts for my 5th wheel while in Calif but was pretty much blown off. Moved back to Utah and went to Sierra RV and was immediately taken care of. Kody in parts figured out what I needed and recommended some things and everything worked out great. My 5th wheel is back on the road and in great shape thanks to Kody. While in Calif in April a front jack broke, called Kody, sent pictures and he called me back saying he would have the part ready and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. Kody is awesome, knowledgeable, and a great people person. Thanks again to Sierra RV and Kody Greer. - Wayne
I purchased a used 5th Wheel from Sierra and could not have asked for better pre or post sales service. Even though landing gear problems appeared a month after I bought the 5th wheel, Sierra kept working on the problem and eventually replaced the entire assembly at no cost. The Service Dept. really kept their word that they would make it right. Hats off to Jeff Bryne in Sales who was a straight shooter during the sales process and helped coordinate the repair visits , Mike in Finance and Shawn, Drew, Marci, Nicia and others I can't remember in the Service Dept. My parents purchased a couple RV's from Sierra and Sierra RV certainly gets my recommendation. - Richard

I bought my trailer in March 2017. Bob Knott was my salesman. He helped me to find what I wanted and could afford without any pressure. The finance guy Mike His son fought for me to help me get the trailer I wanted. Marci Murdock in service to care of any problems that I had. I recommend any one of these people. I really have enjoyed my experience with Sierra rv and I will buy my next one from them. - Lance

I brought my 2016 5th wheel trailer in for service and change out my current 5th wheel, for a new one in the bed of my truck. Both the service writer Nicia Burns and the service tech Bob"Friday" Cunningham, when above and beyond in taking care of everything I needed done and explaining every step along the way. Service of this kind is very rare in this day and age, and I will recomend this dealership and especially these to members of the service team to all of my friends. You have a customer for life, with these kind of employees you are definitely doing something right. - Kelly
Wow! We are so very happy with the timley manner in which your tech John Wolfe found and fixed a problem with our electronic leveling system, a leak in the gas regulator and a recall for our winshield wipers. We have had our problem with the levelers for over a year and had previously taken it three times to the dealer that we bought the RV from without the problem being resolved. We just had our Hi-Lo trailer worked on. We came to Sierra because they had just moved into our area and were in close proximity to where we live. Blair Boyer helped us. We had work done on our awning, hydraulic flush, and new batteries installed. Blair took very good care of us and was very professional. We previously posted a testimonial about your tech John Wolfe but just wanted to add to our experience about the other staff as well. Marci was so great at getting all the paper work squared away quickly so that we could get our problems covered under warranty. Tom, Creg, and Shawn were also incredibly helpful in helping us get our RV fixed quickly so we could use it for our trip onto Colorado then finally Florida. - Anonymous
We recently purchased our new travel trailer from Sierra RV during the RV Show in Sandy. Gary, our salesman, was very helpful and guided us through the purchase process. We enjoyed working with him.
A few days ago, we picked up our trailer at the dealership. We were given a very nice and friendly walk through of our trailer by John S. He gave us a number of great tips about the trailer. We could tell he really enjoys his work.
The financing process also went well. We ended up working with both of the "Mikes" and they were very helpful. (One at the RV Show and the other at the dealership.)
The new facility is really impressive. Gary showed us the service department and it was amazing. Very clean and well organized.
One other item worth mentioning... as promised, we were on the road with our new trailer in tow in about two hours.

SERVICE WAS GREAT! Today 1/18/2017, I took my 1995 - 37 Foot Newmar Dutch Star Motorhome into Sierra's new facility and asked them to check out the reason the leveling jacks were not working properly (they would not drop down). I was actually available to wait (about 1.5 hours) while they: Found the problem(s), Fixed the two problems, Provided two new bolts, Told me a couple of things I did not know about the system, and Charged me just slightly more than the minimum cost of a diagnosis.
They could have charged more and I probably would have been happy. I am very pleased with the whole experience. - Thomas

We were soooo happy to have found Sierra RV back in 2011! They have been absolutely awesome since day 1! We did not buy our RV from them, we purchased it in another state and just happened to be in Utah for a while when we were in need of help with our Class A. I have literally never had better service anywhere, before we found Sierra RV or since. Anytime I have a problem, even if I'm not in the state, they are always so very very helpful! We just brought home our new (used) 2006 weekend warrior! We are so excited to use it with our family. The entire staff at Sierra RV was excellent...from the moment we got there Nick was very helpful in taking our visions of what we were looking for without any pressure at all. He ended up showing us quite a few new and used until he thought of this one and its perfect for us. The finance dept was equally helpful and went above and beyond to get us into our first trailer. I had my Fifth wheel in for extended warranty work for 4 weeks. Each week I was updated with status on claim and parts ordering. Had the best follow up from any RV service department. Great Job - Larry
After purchasing a new trailer from Sierra, we got it home and we're getting ready to use it for the weekend. It was 5 o'clock on a Friday night and the lift wouldn't raise. I called the dealership, they then called a technician (Paul) who came out that night and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Ken (sales manager) also showed up to help out Paul. Sierra went above and beyond. Great trailer and great service! - Mike

Bought a trailer from them in January and ran into a few issues when getting it ready for our first trip. Once we talked to the right person they immediately rectified All issues and made sure we were happy! Most amazing rv dealership! Me and my husband are from Louisiana up here traveling for work and just thought we would try to get a newer rv. We tried for almost two weeks to get our own finance company to work with us and although we couldn't get the rv we wanted everyone was so polite! Not pushy at all and they stuck with us and tried every option possible to help us out. They were more worried about getting us in something we would love and could afford rather than trying to make a sale. Truly an amazing place!! - Bethany
