    After purchasing a new trailer from Sierra, we got it home and we're getting ready to use it for the weekend. It was 5 o'clock on a Friday night and the lift wouldn't raise. We had work done on our awning, hydraulic flush, and new batteries installed. Blair took very good care of us and was very professional.
