After purchasing a new trailer from Sierra, we got it home and we're getting ready to use it for the weekend. It was 5 o'clock on a Friday night and the lift wouldn't raise. I called the dealership, they then called a technician (Paul) who came out that night and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. -

We just had our Hi-Lo trailer worked on. We came to Sierra because they had just moved into our area and were in close proximity to where we live. Blair Boyer helped us. We had work done on our awning, hydraulic flush, and new batteries installed. Blair took very good care of us and was very professional. -
